   The most exclusive feature of the building located on the prime location of Lime Street in City of London is the structural features being located on the exterior. The building promotes Bowellism architecture, the premise of which encompasses spacious interiors to be provided by putting features like ducts, elevators, sewage pipes on the exteriors of the building.  This building is second to none in terms of its composition. The Lloyd’s building is 88 metres (289 ft) to the roof, with 14 floors. The entire structure is a masterpiece since the building was designed innovatively by placing services such as staircases, lifts, duct work, electrical power conduits and water pipes on the outside, leaving an uncluttered space inside.
